This year has been intense and since I can’t work from home, still really busy for me so I completely forgot to add pertinent details. Hopefully this will help you in your writing endeavors on my behalf (thank you again)!

The Nice Guys
My favorite aspect of the movie is the development of the relationship between all three of the main characters. How Jackson and Holland start off antagonistic but grow to be more competent partners. How Holland tries to become a better father to Holly and how Jackson discovers that he has the capacity to be a father figure to Holly. And how Holly is the real brains behind the operation. I 100% believe in the chemistry between Jackson and Holland so I like to imagine a future where they decide to raise Holly together and end up in a romantic relationship. So any story that emphasizes that dynamic is incredibly welcome. I’d also be interested in a case fic where Holland and Jackson figure out their feelings for each other would also be great. If you want to do a more low key story without any intense stakes, maybe one where they get together while building a new house/finding somewhere else to live. Maybe Jackson feels a little out of place after everything gets wrapped up but Holly and Holland reassure him that he has a place in their family. 

Pilgrimage
This is such a beautiful, angst-filled movie with gorgeous performances from Jon Bernthal and Tom Holland. Regardless of intent, I choose to view the relationship between Diarmuid and The Mute as a romantic one and would love a fic that focuses on that. Whether it be unusual declarations of love, hiding the relationship from the rest of the monastery, slow and gentle lovemaking, or building a domestic life together post-ending (going with the assumption the mute lives, of course). Anything with a fine mix of fluff and slight angst is more than enough for me!

Terminator: Dark Fate
The relationship between Grace and Dani is basically a lesbian version of the Kyle/Sarah relationship from the original film and I absolutely love it. The angst, the devotion, the drama is part and parcel of why this is my new fave Terminator film. Given how the film ends, I would love a fic that explores Dani's efforts to save Grace and rekindling their relationship in the process. Or mess around with the canon events of the film to make it more explicitly queer, a truly romantic tragedy if you want to keep the ending the same. I'd also be partial to any AUs for this fandom. Whether it's college, coffee shop, flower shop, or just an average modern AU, I welcome any and all of them.
